You acknowledge that Casey Jones Distillery may use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes. Release and Consent: By attending this event, you grant permission to Casey Jones Distillery to use your name, likeness, voice, and any photographs, videos, or testimonials taken during the event for promotional or advertising purposes. Any guests not complying with event regulations will be escorted off of the property by security with no refund or credit available. Shoes, shirt, and family friendly appropriate attire required. Guests must comply with all posted signage and instructions from event staff. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Weapons, illegal activities, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Casey Jones Distillery reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.Įvent Regulations: No coolers, outside beverages, alcohol, or food can be brought into the venue. Guests of all ages may attend attendees must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government issued ID for consumption of alcohol.Īlcohol Consumption: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and consume alcohol at the event. Ticket Transfer: Tickets may be transferred at will prior to check-in. No refunds or credits will be issued if the event is cancelled or postponed due to the fault of the attendee, such as failure to comply with event rules or misconduct. In such cases, attendees will be notified via email or phone as soon as possible and may request credit for a future event held by Casey Jones Distillery. If the event is cancelled or not held for any reason, ticket holders will be notified and will receive a credit towards a future event hosted by Casey Jones Distillery.Ĭancellation Policy: Casey Jones Distillery reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event for any reason.
